One of the most intelligent people about, Ivo is a crule and calculating genious. He's not above doing the dirty work himself. Unlike other Robotniks this guy isn't all fat, thats pure muscle he's got behind him. And he's proven that on many occasions when putting up a fight when he doesn't have a Badnik, Trooper, vehicle or plain old Giant Mecha.

He has had complete control of the world, allies with the Drakon Empire, a large list of mercinaries on his speed dial, and even attained godhood once or twice.
